This is a retirement community where I serve as Primary care for a geriatric population. We also serve as an urgent care for residents and employees. I see patients in independent living, assisted living, and the skilled nursing facility.

You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If you are interested in a preceptorship, please contact me ASAP. It can take up to 6 months to get a contract approved through our corporate office.

Long term care facilities

I work in Pensacola. The LTC setting gives a broad outlook on primary care as well as geriatrics. I also treat acute illnesses in house to keep patients out of the hospitals.

Hospice and Palliative Care APRN, a not for profit agency serving communities from Mobile, AL to Tallahassee, FL. I make home visits and round at one of our two inpatient units.

Most of our patients are adults, but we do provide care for any age, including newborns and infants.
